  • How can I track the progress of your services?
    Our team will provide you access to a project management portal, where we can communicate, share files and provide live progress reports throughout your journey with us.
  • How long does the comprehensive package take to complete?
    Our team will always aim to deliver a completed comprehensive package within two weeks. This however may vary depending on the communications required to complete the package.
  • When do I pay for the services?
    If after your initial free consultation you decide to go ahead with our services, a payment link will be emailed and payment will be required prior to the start of the project.
  • Do I get to choose my logo design, or do you choose it for me?
    You will always have the final say in any logo, branding, web design completed by ourselves. Our team are great at listening to what you want and will always strive to deliver the perfect product. For us communication is key, so you can expect backwards and forwards messages making sure you are satisfied and at ease throughout the process.
  • Are there any hidden fees with your services?
    We believe that transparency is essential in the business world, so there will be no hidden fees. What you see is what you get with Launchie and all costings will be discussed and finalised prior to a payment request being sent.
  • Who is Launchie suitable for?
    Launchie was created to support all entrepreneurs, budding entrepreneurs or business owners in their start up journey. We understand how overwhelming the process can be, so created packages to take that stress away. Our services range from complete start up packages, to individual bespoke services to meet your needs.
